Fees

Our practice does not accept any form of insurance at this time. We are happy to provide our patients an itemized bill they can submit to their insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. We cannot provide an itemized bill to those who have Medicare as our providers are opted-out of Medicare services.

Payment is due in full at the time of the appointment and we accept cash, check, and credit cards. We require a deposit at the time of scheduling to reserve a new patient appointment. That fee is applied to the new patient fee.

A fee up to the full amount of the appointment may be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and for not showing up to a scheduled appointment.

Our fees for all providers are as follows:

• Adult psychiatric initial evaluation: $375

• Adult psychiatric follow-up appointment: $125

• Adult buprenorphine initial evaluation: $450

• Adult buprenorphine follow-up appointment: $140
